Luna the unicorn was a very special unicorn. Her horn sparkled with all the colors of the rainbow, and her mane flowed like a waterfall of moonlight. But Luna had a problem: she couldn't sleep!
Every night, as the stars twinkled, Luna would toss and turn. She’d try counting sheep, but they all seemed to be wearing rainbow pajamas and doing cartwheels, making her giggle instead of sleepy.
One night, she decided to visit her friend, Pip the little hedgehog. Pip was already tucked into his cozy nest of leaves, sound asleep.
Luna watched Pip sleep peacefully. She felt a little bit sad that she couldn't sleep like him. 'What's your secret, Pip?' she whispered.
Pip stirred slightly, then opened his eyes. 'It's easy, Luna,' he yawned. 'I think happy thoughts before bed.'
Luna thought about this. Happy thoughts! She thought about all the fun she had that day: playing hide-and-seek with the fireflies, sharing her sweet berries with the bunnies, and helping a little lost bird find its nest.
As she thought about these happy memories, a wave of calmness washed over her. Her horn glowed softly, casting a gentle light on Pip's cozy nest.
Suddenly, Luna felt her eyelids getting heavy. She snuggled down in a patch of soft grass, and before she knew it, she was fast asleep.
She dreamt of magical rainbows, sparkling stars, and all her forest friends. She slept soundly all night long, waking up feeling refreshed and happy.
From that day on, Luna always remembered Pip's advice. Every night, before closing her eyes, she thought about all the kind things she did and the fun she had. And every night, she slept soundly, dreaming sweet dreams of friendship and adventure.
