Three little billy goats, fluffy and bold, lived in a green valley, full of yummy grass. Every day, they needed to cross the bridge to reach their favorite meadow.
But guarding the bridge was a grumpy troll, with a rumbling tummy and a very loud voice.
The first billy goat, Billy, was small and scared. He thought the troll was too big and scary to cross.
The second billy goat, Geoffrey, was a bit bigger, but he was also scared. He thought he’d never be brave enough to cross.
The third goat, Freddy, was the biggest and the bravest. He knew they needed to find a way across. He had a plan.
Freddy thought hard. He knew that if they went one by one, the troll would surely stop them.
Freddy called to his brothers: "Let's be brave and cross the bridge together! We can do this!"
Billy, still scared, took a deep breath, and with his eyes closed tight, stepped carefully across. He was small, but strong and made it safely to the other side.
Geoffrey, remembering Freddy's words and seeing Billy had made it, took a step, and then another. He was so brave and slowly made it to the other side!
The troll, who was expecting a loud commotion and lots of shouts, was very surprised. He only heard a tiny goat and then a slightly bigger goat safely cross over.
Now it was Freddy's turn! He took a big step. He didn't need to shout or make a fuss; he just focused on walking steadily. He was a big goat, but he was still careful.
With a loud "Moooo" (not quite a loud, grumpy sound), Freddy crossed the bridge. The goats were safe!
The troll grumbled to himself, "Why did I think they’d be noisy?".
From then on, the three billy goats were known as brave friends who worked together and who were not afraid to tackle challenges and solve problems. Freddy, Geoffrey and Billy were friendly, playful, and supportive of each other.
And every night, they dream of the yummy grass in the meadow and their adventures.
They always knew that if they worked together, and were kind and patient, they could overcome any challenge! Sweet dreams!
